This session is designed for individuals or businesses who are new to blogging or just getting started with various aspects of new media. Basic terminology will be defined and commonly used practices will be demystified. Attendees who have never used new media before will leave the session with a basic understanding of the industry, while more advanced users will gain a better understanding of different forms of new media applications. Andy Wibbels is an award-winning blogger and author of Blogwild! A Guide for Small Business Blogging. He's has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Business Week, Fortune Small Business and The Chicago Tribune. He writes on a wide range of topics from technology to social media to men's grooming.
Tris is sought after by companies needing to use social media tools for marketing and communications. Tris is also available as a photographer and conference blogging.
